Kyle has been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer since February 2014. Throughout his years of training and continued education, Kyle has since acquired numerous specializations from NASM. Currently, Kyle is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and MMA Conditioning Specialist. He is also in the process of obtaining the title of Master Trainer.
Kyle has spent many of his years training in all styles and forms of exercise, from body building, sports agility, to calisthenics and body weight training. He has helped many achieve improved or advanced balance and flexibility, decrease body fat, build lean muscle, and has treated countless injuries and body pain with success. Kyle pays close attention to the detail of every movement to ensure the most effective and safest workout possible. He emphasizes the importance of correct movement and injury prevention.
Kyle grew up playing a wide variety of sports, spending much of his time focusing on baseball and martial arts. Playing baseball growing up, he spent much of his time in the field primarily as a pitcher, but also as a shortstop, second basemen, and outfielder. Kyle is currently a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, working to earn his second degree. Martial arts took over as Kyle's passion for many years, traning and competing in Muay Thai and MMA. He has been recently training in calisthenics and improving his skill.
