Kyle builds strong relationships with each client, based on trust and understanding. Every session is custom designed for the client based on the body’s current state of balance and what is necessary for the day, week, or activity ahead. He understands that the best way to continue making progress, is to learn more about the body as we are working. CALISfit trainers exceed the average personal training experience. From a unique workout environment, to workouts designed with each individual in mind, you will always get the best of everything involved with your mental and physical training. With each movement, there is meticulously close attention to every detail, from head to toes and fingertips to fingertips. We always encourage any and all questions, in and outside of sessions. The more we can learn about an individual, the more effective a program can be designed. Our top priority in training is listening to each client and ensuring the most appropriate program for the individual.
Since becoming a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in February 2014, Kyle has acquired numerous specializations. He is also currently in the NASM Master Trainer program. After experiencing his own injuries through years of martial arts & his own training, Kyle decided to learn how to heal & repair his own injuries. He has since become one of New England’s top personal trainers, acquiring specializations in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Behavior Change, Senior Fitness, Weight Loss, Women’s Fitness, Golf Fitness and MMA Conditioning. After training at Litchfield Athletic Club for four and a half years in Litchfield, CT, Kyle left the public gym environment encouraged to provide a better training experience for clients and trainers alike. Kyle’s clientele base ranges from high-profile individuals, business executives, and everyday people alike. Kyle prides himself on success and will seek to it that each client is directed and encouraged to the highest levels of fitness.
Our first priority in training is safety. To ensure the safest and most effective workout, we pay close attention to the body’s balance during movement, noticing even the smallest movements of the smallest muscles and tendons that can alter balance and performance. CALISfit takes each client’s health, safety and progress very seriously and recommend utilizing the CALISfit Program App through Everfit. Those with custom programs are urged to follow programs closely to optimize results and maintain safety. Our monthly training is designed to encourage a stronger commitment & hold the individual more accountable for their own well-being. A happy & healthy life is a privilege that is earned through hard work. Kyle works closely with other doctors, physical therapists, massage therapist, surgeons, and chiropractors to ensure our clients get the best service available.
